ArkaBase will work directly with the Verizon Rep that is currently assigned to your company. Together we will pool our resources with one common goal.
Our CEO, Raul, has accumulated extensive expertise over the past 20+ years managing and growing international cloud, hosting, data center and telecommunications service provider companies. ArkaBase is Raul’s first company where he can bring his wealth of experience to develop a team of consultants and advisors for the telecom industry without the inherent bias that comes from working directly for a service provider. Raul sets the tone and direction as CEO and is well on his way toward making ArkaBase a respected brand and trusted independent advisor to the largest consumers of telecommunications services on the planet.
Prior to joining ArkaBase, Raul was the Chief Executive Officer of Net Access, a datacenter and managed services business located in Northern New Jersey, USA that he bolstered and ultimately sold to Cologix in 2015. Raul has also built several other highly-successful ventures including his role as CEO of Voxel dot Net, Inc., a NYC-based managed hosting company that was acquired by Internap Network Services Corp. (NASDAQ: INAP) in January 2012. Prior to Voxel, he served as the CEO of Smart Telecom Co., a Dublin, Ireland based fiber carrier and President & CEO of InfoHighway Communications Corporation, a facilities based Northeast communications carrier acquired by Broadview Networks in May of 2007. Raul has also served in various executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer, of Eureka Networks from December 1994 to November 2003.
Sarah Benetti joined the ArkaBase team after a decade of Tier I carrier experience and a couple years consulting as a partner working on behalf of her own customers to advocate with a multitude of carriers and technology service providers. Sarah spent 4 years inside of Verizon, 6 years working with AT&T, and 1 year with CenturyLink focused on customer relationships and enhancing the provider-to-client sales and fulfillment cycle.
Sarah is a consummate professional who knows the telecommunications provider universe from both the inside vendor perspective and the customers’ agent perspective. She knows how to artfully navigate the bureaucracy of a large carrier to get things done and how to choose the right mix of providers to meet a client’s needs, timeframes and expectations. Sarah also understands how to negotiate deals with the carriers, having successfully negotiated and accumulated thousands of service contacts with over 100 separate providers. Her ability to enhance customer service experiences enables ArkaBase’s customer support teams to be highly effective in freeing up resources at our clients to focus on their technology development initiatives. Sarah proves consistently by her results that working with ArkaBase allows our customers to gain back valuable time in their schedules by leaving the maneuvering through carrier sales and customer service departments to us.
Daniel Chiaramonte is a co-founder & COO of ArkaBase. Dan (or “Danny” as we call him) is actively engaged with managing all operations and overseeing all business opportunities in the sales channel. Prior to founding ArkaBase, Dan spent many years on the floor of the exchange where he was tasked with numerous responsibilities in the management and operation of trading firms and floor brokers. As a mission critical component of doing business on the exchange, telecom was an area of expertise that he developed during his tenure. Dan served as the CTO and CCO of Global Direct Equities from 2006-2013, where he managed the firm’s telecom procurement and operations, including several private line migration projects, trading desk relocations, procurement, provisioning, and maintenance of countless circuits.
